How do I place an order?

To place an order: 1) Browse our products and click 'Add to Cart' for items you want. 2) Click the cart icon to review your items. 3) Click 'Proceed to Checkout'. 4) Enter your shipping address and select shipping method. 5) Enter payment information and click 'Place Order'. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by: 1) Clicking the tracking link in the email, 2) Logging into your account and going to 'My Orders', or 3) Visiting the 'Order Status' page and entering your order number and email address.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Return Item'. Some items like intimate apparel, sale items, or personalized products may be excluded from returns. Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise, return shipping costs may apply.

How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign In' in the top right corner, then click 'Create Account'. Enter your email, create a password, and provide basic information. You can also sign up using Google or other social login options. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and speed up checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Sign In', then click 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and create a new password. For security, the reset link expires after 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping delivers in 1-2 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check the free shipping threshold at checkout or in your cart. We also run periodic promotions with free shipping. Express shipping has an additional cost. International orders may have different shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are processed quickly and may have already shipped. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

How do I return an item?

To return an item: 1) Log into your account and go to 'My Orders'. 2) Select the order and click 'Return Item'. 3) Choose the item(s) and reason for return. 4) Print the prepaid return label (for eligible returns). 5) Pack the item securely in original packaging. 6) Drop off at the carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account and click on your name in the top right corner. Select 'Profile' to update your personal information, 'Addresses' to manage shipping addresses, or 'Account Settings' to change your password and email preferences. Changes are saved automatically.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We apologize for any issues! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/defect. We'll either send a replacement immediately or process a full refund. Return shipping for damaged/defective items is free. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We partner with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and never store your complete credit card information on our servers. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted channels.
